WHAT'S INCLUDED
All Services includes shampoo and blow drying of the hair. Only added on cost is de-tangling. 
For Example: If you recently took down braids or protective style and have not combed out hair.
Please make sure you add on additional services such as take down, color and etc, you can do so by adding theses services in your notes or booking them separately.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be considerate of the people who have appointments after you and do your best to arrive on time.
The maximum grace period for appointments is 20 minutes. Anything after, must be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS
All deposits are NON-Refundable. If needed please cancel appointment within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel appointment before 24 hours notice will require you to book with new deposit, you have up to three weeks to reschedule  appointment using same deposit.

RESCHEDULING
Please notify me 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to reclaim your deposit. New appointment can be made within 3 weeks of your original appointment. Anything rescheduled outside of the 3 week period will require a new deposit. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, a new deposit is required.
